(1)Regular Meeting: Regular meeting is
held once every six months. The meeting of each time is scheduled
to be no more than 70 days. If upon the expiration of the scheduled
duration of a regular meeting that examines and approves the
budget, but the drafted outline is still under discussion or
if it is necessary for other reasons, then under the request
of the Mayor or with the countersignatures of the Chairman of
the Council and above one third of the councilors,a
proposal for extension of the duration of re- gular meeting
is submitted to the council for resolution, but the exte- nsion
may not be more than ten days.
(2)Provisional Meeting: During the adjournment of meeting,
if there is any motion submitted by the municipal government
requesting for reconsideration,a provisional meeting should
be held within seven days, or under the requests of the May
or, Chairman of the Council or one-third of the total number
of co- uncilors, the Chairman of the Council should hold this
meeting within ten days. The duration of provisional meeting
each time may net be more than ten days. |
